Hello friends! At the end of each month, I create digital offerings like downloads & playlists! This month I'm offering an outline for a π’Ÿπ’Άπ’Ύπ“π“Ž π‘€π‘’π’Ήπ’Ύπ“‰π’Άπ“‰π’Ύπ‘œπ“ƒ.⁣⁣

There is no right or wrong way to do your daily practice but if you're looking for a daily practice routine, this might be a nice place to start.⁣ Also, ⁣feel free to do as much or as little of this daily practice as you wish! ⁣⁣

This is the formula I've been following for my daily practice/meditation every day for about 5-6 months now and it's the first thing I do or even look at when I wake up. I groggily walk over to my couch and go through these tasks. It takes me in total about 15-30 minutes. ⁣⁣⁣

Also, I don't take any ownership of creating or discovering these practices myself. These are a collection of practices I've learned from various teachers, meditation practitioners, and books that work for me. Things like mindfulness and loving-kindness mainly stem from Buddhist practices.⁣⁣
