Accessibility Information
Please note that the current studio location has a few stairs at the entrance and requires access via either stairs or a freight elevator to reach the 4th floor. There is an individual bathroom available onsite.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and am actively exploring more accessible options for future sessions. Your suggestions for accessible spaces are welcome and appreciated.
Land Acknowledgement
I want to acknowledge that the land on which we gather will be on the traditional and unceded territory of the Kanien:keha'ka (Mohawk) Nation. Tiohtià:ke / Montreal has long been a gathering place for many First Nations, including the Haudenosaunee and the Anishinaabe. I recognize them as the custodians of these lands and waters and want to honour their connection to this territory.
As a settler, I am deeply committed to my ongoing education in social justice and to honour and respect the diverse histories and cultures of Indigenous peoples who have lived and continue to live on this land. I strive to move forward with gratitude, respect, and dedication to the path of reconciliation. I may make mistakes along the way and I encourage you to kindly let me know if something I say or do doesn’t sit right, because I am committed to growing and creating a space where people feel safe, heard, and understood.
