Hugging Project

2019

Hugging myself daily, making this action as important as brushing my teeth and asking others to try it with me.

I investigate my daily routine and daily method of self-healing as a tool to propel my work. I want to learn about myself and learn how to care for the child-like side of me. The part of me who feels small, who’s scared, or sad, or needs attention. She’s my little Erica. This is me comforting my little Erica.
