Production: After placing your order, your item will be put into production. Production can last from 3-4 business days.

Shipping:
Shipping fees are included in the price of the product so that shipping can be free worldwide.
An item can take 2-5 weeks to ship. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Orders are usually shipped on weekdays.

Order Tracking:
If you’d like to obtain a tracking number for your purchase please email
contact.ericahart@gmail.com with the Subject line “Tracking Number.”

Order Address:
Your item will be shipped to the address you submit. Please make sure the information you provide is correct. Once the item is in production the address cannot be changed. If the item is sent to the wrong address based on what is submitted, re-shipping an item to the correct address will result in additional shipping and service charges.
